		<description>The real problem is that Bell doesn&#039;t actually have a GSM network they only have a UMTS network (HSPA is just data on UMTS). This wouldn&#039;t be a problem if their UMTS network had been built ionizer the years like Rogers GSM network. Instead, Bell had made the decision to use WCDMA and since that&#039;s not compatible with UMTS, new users can only use the smaller, newer network. If you&#039;re on Rogers, at least when you lose UMTS, you can still use their GSM network.</description>
