@ Clarence, thanks for the great question.

The instructions provided will work with all Samsung A920's for Bell Mobility. If the instructions are not working, perhaps you're phone is not originally a Bell phone.

Other things you can try...

Make sure that are pressing the [OK] button and not the [TALK] button.

Reset you phone: [Menu] -> [Settings] -> [Security] -> [User Lock] -> [Reset Phone] Warning: this will erase all of your settings.

Worse case scenereo, take your phone into a Bell World / Espace Bell store for assistance. There's a good change they will charger you but it may be worth the charge.

Thanks again for the question - I hope this helps!

the sequence of pushing ##675 is this done on the main area?

I have tried this and after I push "ok" it wants me to save the entry

Is there something I'm overlooking?

@Lissa thanks for the post!

Sorry I have not tested this process on a Bell Samsung m320 but Samsung uses a standard format for most phones. So give it a try, and the best part is that you cannot do any damage to your phone in trying.

Good luck and thanks again for the post!

Hello,

Does this process also work for Bell Samsung m320 phones? If not, can you let me know what to do? Thank you!
