It is odd, i have programmed several mediocre phones from the bell website and programming instructions have been included for every single one. Now when it came time to reprogram the pearl, it said to call customer service! thats where this website came very handy :) Thank you very much!

Not only did they keep giving me the wrong lock code, they kept telling me to put it in the wrong way! They told me the phone was defective, but I knew it couldn't be because I just bought it. I knew my lock code, so when I got off the phone with them, I found your website. 1 minute later, I my new phone was active. Thanks so much for saving me money and more of my time!!!!!!!!!
