Bell Mobility users can donate to the Haiti relief efforts by txt

Everyday we see more images detailing the destruction and horror in the aftermath of last weeks earthquake.

Many people have even followed this disaster by reading the news and watching videos on their cellular phones.

This week Canada’s cellular carriers have made it easier for their subscribers to donate to foundations helping in the relief efforts by text messages.

To donate using your Bell Mobility account follow these instructions:

• Send a text message to 45678 (to donate $5 per message to the Salvation Army)
• Send a text message to 30333 (to donate $5 per message to Plan Canada)
