Christmas 2009 Shipping Dates and Warranty/Return Policy
Last dates to order to guarantee Christmas delivery
- Ontario and Quebec (Tuesday, December 22nd by noon EST)
Most orders to Ontario and Quebec are received within 2 business days. Due to normal holiday shipping volumes we would recommend ordering on/or before Monday December 21st by noon EST just to be safe. For some very remote locations a 3rd day may be needed.
- BC and Alberta (Monday, December 21st by 1PM EST)
Most orders to BC and Alberta are received within 3 business days. Due to normal holiday shipping volumes we would recommend ordering on/or before Friday December 18th by 1PM EST just to be safe. For some very remote locations a 4th day may be needed.
- Rest of Canada (Friday December 18th by 1PM EST)
Most orders to all other Canadian provinces and territories are received within 4 business days. For some very remote locations a 5th day may be needed.
Christmas Warranty and Return Policy
Our regular warranty on our Bell cellular phones is 47 days from the day you receive your package. Currently we are doubling the warranty on all phone purchases to 94 days!
For the holiday season, your return policy and warranty policy for all purchases will begin January 3rd 2010.
