I have ordered a phone from your website before and I was very happy with the condition of the phone. I wanted to get the Bold 9700 but it says they are out of stock. How long will it take before there are some in stock, or do you not get more in stock?

Thanks for the question.

To answer your question – no it is not compatible with Wind.

The Bell Mobility BlackBerry Bold 9700 (this includes Rogers, Telus, Fido models too) is not compatible for use on the Wind Network. With Telus, Fido, Rogers, and Bell Mobility, an unlocked BlackBerry 9700 can be used on any other stated network in Canada. You simply enter an activated SIM card and it will work.

Regarding our specs the 1700/2100 details were relating to AWS, not HSPA (needed for Wind). We have updated our details to simplify the compatibility concerns. I hope this helps.

The total purchase price for your Bell BlackBerry Bold 9700 will be determined by where in Canada you live. In Ontario you’ll add 13% for the HST taxes + $11 shipping. In Quebec add 5% GST plus $11 shipping. If you are in Alberta or BC add 5% GST plus $13 shipping. If you are anywhere else in Canada then you’ll add 5% for GST and $15 for shipping.
