Court to decide whether to certify lawsuit as a class action – Bell Mobility customers who do not have 911 coverage in their areas but are billed 75 cents a month for it anyway could take part in a lawsuit if a case pending before a Northwest Territories court is certified as a class action. Hearings began on April 13 in this $6 million suit, which was brought by James Anderson from Yellowknife, N.W.T..
