Thanks for the question.  Bell Mobility now allows it&#039;s monthly users (not Prepaid users) to change hardware without going to a Bell store or dealer.

To change hardware (meaning to replace your existing bell cell phone with another bell phone) you&#039;ll need to signup for a Bell.ca online account.  This is free and is completed instantly once you fill out the online form.

Once you have your Bell.ca account watch our online video on how to activate the new phone.  Once activated, you&#039;ll need to program your existing phone number into the new phone, and we have programming instructions for many Bell cell phones on this page.

And that&#039;s it...  Best of all... No fee to Bell!
